We joke about speaking human, but the reality is that we're all guilty of the biz-speak that plagues the universe today. It's not that our marketing/business vocabulary is unnecessary, it's just overused and people are tired of hearing the same thing everywhere they go. Every business has it's own unique story that sets it apart from the competition. Taking the time to create copy that communicates with your audience effectively makes all the difference in the world.The next time you develop (or have your marketing people develop) copy, try to entertain the reader.
